Zasimo is a new, multi-branded fashion retailer providing the latest and best of British high street clothing and footwear directly to the emerging ecommerce market in Pakistan. They offer a personalised shopping experience with fast order fulfilment and a continually expanding range of products.

Zasimo required a new brand, Magento 2 website and a method of managing warehouses, stock control and procurement across multiple countries.

The project

We started the process by carrying out comprehensive research of the local marketplace particularly cultural differences and shopping habits.

We worked closely with Zasimo to develop their brand and ecommerce strategy alongside a complete mobile-first Magento 2 website. Development of a comprehensive suite of ERP functionality was also carried out to perform multi-country warehouse management, stock control and procurement.

We also deployed a series of business intelligence tools for a comprehensive overview of sales reports for management and buying teams.


We carried out initial setup of social media ad accounts including the creation of all new paid campaigns and associated creative and content with ongoing monitoring and optimisation of ads. 

We carried out ongoing consultancy with the team in-country with frequent reviews of the accounts performance and advising best practices where required. 

Conference calls / screen casting to show the team in Pakistan how to use the platforms correctly and effectively.
