Known initially for their award winning Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce dealerships, The Leven Car Company expanded quickly to include a dealership network of 7 brands including Kia and Suzuki. To reduce costs of traditional and expensive dealership management tools and provide faster turnaround times of updates and features we set about scoping an all in one solution.

The solution

We developed and deployed a fully bespoke version of Magento 2. This provided the ability for all sales teams to access individual franchises from a single back office, uploading new and used car stock quickly and efficiently. We also integrated Magento 2 with a host of essential tools such as CAP HPI for vehicle identification look-up. We also provided synchronisation of car stock to key automotive marketplaces such as Autotrader, and Pistonheads as well as financial services for vehicle quotations.

The Marketing

The Leven Car Company required a single point of contact for all marketing support. We worked with their internal marketing team on a permanent basis to strategise and manage all of their digital marketing channels. This included but not limited to pay-per-click planning and management, Facebook remarketing, email marketing, Autotrader advertising and SEO optimisation.

Our creative team also assisted with a number of offline assets including magazine spreads for new model launches and key events, in-store merchandising billboards and vehicle livery.
